Narrative Review of Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome: Associated Conditions and Management Strategies.

This narrative review focuses on the complex nature of postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), shedding light on its diverse clinical presentation and the difficulties involved in its management. The authors emphasize the condition's heterogeneity, noting that it not only presents with positional tachycardia but also shares symptoms with other overlapping conditions, further complicating diagnosis. Due to limited peer-reviewed evidence, treatment strategies often rely on a combination of available scientific literature and anecdotal clinical observations.
